Jewelry. We will give a full refund less 5% of items returned to cover
shipping and handling costs within 7 days of sale.
Up to 30 days from date of sale we will exchange your purchase for any
other item of equal value. If, you wish to exchange for an item of greater
value you pay only the difference in price. This exchange policy is valid
only on items that exceed $100.
Beyond 30 days we will repair or replace any component of your purchase
due to poor workmanship, but excluding accidental damage or wear and tear.
There is a 10% charge of the original cost to cover shipping and handling with
a minimum charge of $10 US.
Any refunds will be credited to the credit card that was used to make
the purchase, please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear.
If paid by personal check, our refund will be in the form of a company check
from Colette St-Jacques, LLC.
The item(s) must be returned in their original condition and
packaging. All returned items must be insured for the full retail value. Signature upon delivery is recommended. A return authorization is required before any item(s) will be accepted. Please contact us via email for any further return information.
